But how do you make panettone? To start prepare this dessert you will need to have on hand the following Ingredients:

➡️ 125 g of caster sugar
➡️ 125 ml of milk
➡️ 500 g of flour
➡️ 4 egg yolks
➡️ 100g candied lemon and 100g orange, diced
➡️ 125g butter
➡️ 100g of dried fruit and nuts such as raisins or almonds
Vanilla flavour
➡️ Lemon zest
Preparation
To start off prepare This is delicious Christmas dessert You must mix the yeast with the warm milk in a bowl., add to the mixture a teaspoon of sugar and leave it to stand for a few minutes.
When the dough rises add the flour, the egg yolks, the lemon zest, vanilla extract to taste and the remaining sugar. Integrate everything and knead well to get a really fluffy panettone.
Add the butter and knead again for a few minutes. If the mixture has turned out too runny, you can add a bit of flour to thicken it consistency.
