With the beginning of spring come the long-awaited strawberries and large strawberries. You can eat these fruits on their own or mixed with yoghurt or skimmed milk. Break

A Sleep well it is essential for recovering from a few days of overindulgence, especially now that we have moved to British Summer Time. To help you get used to the new time, we recommend to exercise while it is still daylight o have dinner at least three hours before going to bed in bed to promote proper digestion and avoid going to sleep with a feeling of heaviness, as sleep quality gets worse.

Getting enough sleep is essential to boost fat burning. Sleep maintains a balance between two hormones that regulate hunger: leptin, which reduces appetite, and ghrelin, which increases it. The feeling of tiredness causes us to exercise less and crave foods with a high fat and/or sugar content.

Physical exercise

No matter how good our diet is, it must be accompanied by physical exercise and an active life. Moving is crucial to boost fat burning. Doing cardio exercises or endurance sports like walking, cycling or running are suitable options to lose weight and get fit.
